The Hem Mother

🌹 The Hem Mother – The Rose – Luke 8:47 (Her Heart, LFTH)
 She lives from a daily encounter with Jesus, drawing strength from the hem of His garment as she lies at His feet. She is sustained by closeness to Him, not her own striving. Letters From The Hem (LFTH) reflects a life sustained by closeness to Jesus like Mary at His feet.

The Rose — The Hem Mother

The rose represents beauty formed in intimacy with Jesus. It opens toward light, reflecting a life shaped by closeness to Him. Delicate, feminine and beautiful, She lives from encounter, drawing life directly from His presence.

The bleeding woman who reached out and touched the hem of Christ’s garment and was healed as a symbol of drawing strength and healing from God. Mark 5:25-34.

As well as Mary who sat by Jesus feet listening attentively, unbothered by everything around her as a symbol of daily presence and provision. Luke 10:39.

As well as the woman with the alabaster jar who anointed Jesus feet as a symbol of worship and devotion. Mark 14:3.

And Lastly Jesus himself pouring and washing the feet of his disciples as a symbol of Godly servanthood and leadership. John 13:4-5.

The hem represents a place of refuge,  restoration, wisdom, strength, courage, servanthood, leadership and transformation.

A place where mothers can come to God with every burden, question, joy, and in every season of life.
