Why ‘Natural’?

Six years ago, as a young mom searching for the best ways to nurture my family, I uncovered shocking truths:

many everyday products even those for babies were filled with toxic ingredients.

That discovery sparked my journey toward natural living.

Over the years, we’ve witnessed global changes: pandemics, pollution, floods, resource shortages.

Health trends like clean eating and natural remedies surged as people sought ways to protect their wellbeing.

Spices, lemons, honey, and immune-boosting foods flew off the shelves.

Then, I learned how much plastic surrounds our babies during their first years, with studies even finding plastic particles within pregnant mothers.

As a mom, it broke my heart. I realized more than ever how essential a natural lifestyle is for both our health and our earth.

Mothers are at the helm of change. We choose what our families eat, wear, how we clean our homes.

We are the everyday decision-makers. When conventional products brought rashes and discomfort to my twins, I returned to natural, homemade solutions.

I longed for a simple, organic life; decluttering, nurturing with what’s wholesome, and minimizing my family’s impact on the earth.

My passion is to create a healthy nest.

Years of research, experimenting with natural recipes, and seeing benefits on myself, my children, and loved ones, have taught me: nature heals.

To care for our home and our planet is the legacy I aim to leave the earth borrowed from our children and their children.

I want to connect with other moms, inspiring them to embrace mindful, sustainable living. Education starts at home.

A mom with clarity and balance brings the same to her family and the world.

Imagine a village of moms united for change: planting gardens, trading organic vegetables, cooking wholesome meals, cleaning with earth-friendly ingredients, and swapping single-use plastic for reusable, natural materials.

Every small choice builds a healthier home, a brighter community, a stronger planet.

A nest is a mother’s all-in-one space for her homemaking ministry cared for with intention, love, and balance. It is the foundation of a mama’s ministry, blending 🌻Faith 🌻Earth 🌻Family.

Her NEST includes:

  • Her body — caring for her health and well-being.

  • Her mind — nurturing mental peace and emotional balance.

  • Her home — creating a safe, beautiful, and intentional space.

  • Her children — guiding, teaching, and raising them with purpose.

  • Her finances — managing resources wisely.

  • The earth and environment — living sustainably and stewarding God’s creation.

Natural living isn’t a passing trend but a vital choice for our families and the earth. A healthy earth means healthy lives. This is why we call ourselves Natural Nest.

Let’s nurture ourselves, our children, and our world together.

Shalom,

Following God’s Ways,

Natasha Chetty.
