The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Peace.
The fruit of the Holy Spirit is peace. Spending time with Peace (Holy Spirit) gives us peace. Peace rubs off on us the more time we spend with Peace Himself. Peace is shown into our hearts, our minds, our homes and our environment.
Peace starts with the renewal of our minds. Peace is an inner state. Despite what’s going on around us. Our inner calm and peace starts from the inside to reflect on the outside.
When we fill our hearts, our eyes, our minds with good, true, pure, peaceful things, it begins to reflect on the outside. We see good, true, pure and peaceful things.

“Finally, believers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable and worthy of respect, whatever is right and confirmed by God’s word, whatever is pure and wholesome, whatever is lovely and brings peace, whatever is admirable and of good repute; if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think continually on these things [center your mind on them, and implant them in your heart]. The things which you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, practice these things [in daily life], and the God [who is the source] of peace and well-being will be with you.” Philippians 4:8-9 AMP
We fill our minds with God’s Word in order to resist the temptations. We use God’s Word as a weapon to fight temptations. God’s Word reminds us of His promises. We recite God’s Word and peaceful verses.

We store and meditate on God’s Word. We remember God’s Word in our hearts when things get tough and our peace is threatened. If we do not have a borehole of peaceful thoughts, we cannot use them when our peace is threatened.
When we declutter and organize our spaces. When we declutter our visual clutter we make space and more room for peace. If you are anything like me when your to do list is so long we wake up at midnight thinking about that one thing we didn’t do. Thus disturbing our peace. The less things you have, the less things you have to take care of, the less things that stress you out.
Spending time in nature gives us peace. God intended from the beginning for nature to be of service to us. For us to subdue nature. Subdue means to have dominion over. Nature is there to help us. It has everything we need to survive and thrive as humans.
God gave us nature to meet these needs. When we relax at the beach, listening to the waves, when we hear the birds sing and the branches sway. When we breathe in nature and hug trees, we experience God’s peace. Try to get out everyday and connect with God’s peace in nature. Place mindful nature objects and treasures in your home that bring you peace.
“And the peace of God [that peace which reassures the heart, that peace] which transcends all understanding, [that peace which] stands guard over your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus [is yours].” Philippians 4:7 AMP

May God guide and give you His Peace you as you search Him for His Peace.
Shalom and Thank you Jesus,
Following His ways.
